sometimes her willed sadness took
\nthe shape of an ant
\nsometimes her darling sadness took
\nthe shape of a wolf
\nsometimes her treasured sadness took
\nthe shape of a horse
\nblack, black, black and wild
\nand she would ride through
\nthe landscape like an ill wind
\nrevenging the death of her sparrow<\/p>\n

as the night began to rise
\nfrom the ground again
\nshe was exhausted and empty
\nexcept for the sadness
\nof her loss of the sadness
\nof the morning sparrow\u2019s death<\/p>\n

and no one knew
\nbut
\nthe ant
\nthe wolf
\nand the horse<\/p>\n

and the sparrows that swept her
\nin soft light clad in darkness
\nwhen she fell asleep<\/p>\n

da natten begyndte at rejse sig

\nvar hun udmattet og tom
\nbortset fra sorgen over
\nat have mistet sorgen over

og ingen vidste det

\nmyren
\nulven
\nog hesten<\/p>\n

og spurvene der sv\u00f8bte hende
